Shipping

Orders will be shipped using Japan Post(Yu-Pack parcel).
We provide free shipping for orders over 5,400 yen per shipment.
Orders under 5,400 yen are subject to a standard shipping fee of 540 yen anywhere within Japan.

Payment for purchases can be completed online. Credit or debit card payments will be completed using the secure transaction services provided by VeriTrans Co., Ltd., which will transmit payment information to the appropriate payment companies.

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are delivered in damaged or poor condition. Users can cancel orders if requested within the cancellation deadline. For more information, please see the “Customer Service” page.

We accept returns of products that meet certain requirements, although unfortunately we cannot make exchanges for mistaken or otherwise dissatisfactory orders.

We are only able to honor exchanges or returns for orders delivered within Japan. Be advised that we cannot accept exchanges or returns if you have an order shipped abroad.
